Friendly and straightforward

I felt I was treated fairly and Bubba is a very good and honest guy - really felt full transparency on my problem, what was required to fix it, and felt they weren’t doing anything unnecessary. They kept the cost low and my car really runs fantastic I am really glad I found these guys

Transmission service.

I was given an appointment for service to my transmission and they promptly checked my vehicle and began servicing it. They have a very nice waiting room and Bubba was very friendly and courteous. The vehicle was serviced in a timely fashion and road tested, then turned back over to me. I was well pleased with the entire experience.

New Truck Life!

Buba and company are great people to work with. I got a new transmission installed in my F250 in just a couple of days. I’m back on the road and ready to haul my 5th wheel again. Thanks to Alpha for the great work and the daily updates. Makes all the difference!

Treated like Family

Excellent service, I showed up without an appointment because my air-conditioning stopped working and Texas is way too hot to not have your air conditioner working. They were booked solid but they still squeezed me in. The staff is wonderful and make you feel like family. I would highly recommend going to them for service on your vehicles.

Who thousand 20 Ford edge transmission

Had a 2020 Ford edge that was having some transmission problems. It turned out to be just a torque converter and something else. They diagnosed it and got right on it. This is my second transmission done with these guys. Very professional would go back in a heartbeat!

I was in need of rear-end work and some front suspension issues

Very professional and friendly. I was informed of any problems with my truck as they worked on it. I was given good advice as to what needed to be done, and the work was done in a timely manner. Fast friendly,reliable service

You can count on Alpha Transmission to do the job right the first time fast and friendly service. Never had to bring anything back to fix the job I asked for in the first place but if I did 100% sure it would be taken care of ASAP.

What A RIP Off!!!!!

These guys ripped me off again.

NOW did I get everyones attention???? LOL

Another fine job. These Guys know their stuff. From the big bosses to the mechanics they are all very intelligent, easy to get along with, and know what to do.

Terry and Bubba the boss men can figure almost anything out and they have done a super job on all of my vehicles. From a Lexus/corvette/vans/VW bug/sorry no fords yet! But they can fix about anything or anything.

They have done some serious work on my 68 corvette that no one in this area within 75 miles could do.

Don't worry about what kind of service you will get with Alpha Trans. You will get the best.

Such a blessing!

This shop has become our ‘go to’ whenever something goes wrong with any of our 5 cars. They can fix anything!! They are friendly, fast, honest and affordable! Seriously, so glad we found them!!
